  • Refund and Returns Policy

    We want you to be delighted with your Flourish by Caron purchase. If something is not right, we are here to assist.

    Returns
    You may request a return on unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receiving your order.

    To be eligible:
    • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
    • Proof of purchase is required
    • You must contact us before sending any items back

    Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

    Non-returnable items
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable or digital products
    • Custom commissions or personalised orders
    • Sale items

    Damaged or incorrect items
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item where appropriate.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

    Shipping costs
    Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect on arrival.

    Exchanges
    If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest solution is to complete a return and make a new purchase once approved.
