Processing time

Orders are prepared with care. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for packaging and processing before dispatch.
Made-to-order or personalised items may require a little more time. If that applies, we will let you know.

Shipping within South Africa

We ship nationwide using trusted courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel size.
Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

International shipping

If you would like a delivery outside of South Africa, please contact us prior to purchasing. We will confirm shipping availability and provide a quote.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Customs and duties

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes on international orders. These charges are not included in our pricing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Lost or delayed parcels

While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, delays do occasionally occur. If your parcel is significantly overdue, reach out to us and we will investigate with the courier.
